ISABEAU INC. ORDER AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY

ORDER Amendments

If you wish to amend an order, we will do all we can to assist you. However, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please bear in mind that orders are normally processed swiftly, so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. In these circumstances, it may not be possible to amend your order at this point. To amend an order call (800) 991-6445 between 9;00 am and 5;00 PM EST or e-mail: wecare@isabeauinc.com. Be sure to include all necessary information (see Required Information as listed above) in your e-mail.

PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED ITEMS
It is important to us at Isabeau, Inc. that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If any of your items are damaged we will arrange a return or exchange for you. You must notify Isabeau, Inc. within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. For your safety, do not use any product that was damaged during shipping. We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If you have received a damaged item please call customer service at (800) 991-6445 between 9:00 am and 5:00 PM (EST) or send an e-mail to wecare@isabeauinc.com. Be sure to include all necessary information in your e-mail. Our team will take your information and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must then return the item(s) to us within 7 business days of receipt of the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 further working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) by packaging the products adequately. Follow our shipping instructions and we will refund you the cost of postage. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your eligibility for a refund or exchange within a reasonable period of time. If approved for a refund, we will credit the credit card you used to purchase the item within 7 business days. If you request an exchange, we will process the replacement order immediately. In those cases where a refund or exchange is agreed, the refund or replacement will be made to you as soon as possible. For refunds and reimbursement of postage, we will refund money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that you may change your mind and might not want the order that you have placed. You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason. Please contact us as soon possible after placing your order so we can cancel it before it is processed. Please bear in mind that orders are normally processed swiftly, so it might be possible that your order has already been packed, shipped or made non-changeable arrangements for shipment. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) by packaging the products adequately and using the delivery service that we specify. Follow Our shipping instructions and we will refund you the cost of postage,if it is determined the damage was our fault. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your eligibility for a refund or exchanged via e-mail with a reasonable period of time. If approved for a refund we will credit the credit card you used to purchase the item, usually with 7 working days. If you requested an exchange, we will process the replacement order immediately. PRODUCT RETURN OF NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS
You many return new, unopened items with 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have decided to return an unused item, please call customer service at (800) 991-6445 between 9:00 Am and 5:00 PM EST or e-mail, wecare@isabeauinc.com. Be sure to include all necessary information (see Required Information as listed above) in your e-mail, or have it ready when speaking with customer Service. Our team instructions for returning the item(s), ensuring the shipment is post-marked no later than 7 days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) by packaging the products adequately and using a reputable delivery service that insures you to the value of the foods and offers recorded service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We will notify you of your eligibility for a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If approved for a refund we will credit the credit card you used to purchase the item(s), usually within 7 working days. Please note, we will not be able to accept returned items if it is determined that they have been used. In such circumstance no refund will be offered, and we will dispose of the item(s).
